diced

pomegranate arils

pomegranate molasses

mint
minced, or parsley

Instructions
Season the diced tomato generously with salt and set into a fine mesh strainer in the sink to drain for 10 minutes.
Stir together the drained tomatoes, pomegranate seeds, pomegranate molasses, mint, and olive oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
To serve, spread the yogurt onto a plate. Top with the salad and serve.
