Simmer all ingredients except eggs, orange oil, and vanilla for 15 minutes.
Blend eggs, orange oil, and vanilla in a blender and with the machine running, pour the simmered chai through a fine mesh strainer and directly into the eggs. The heat will cook them and the eggs will thicken the drink.
Serve immediately.
