Melt the butter in a large pan over medium high heat. When hot, add the radishes, cut face down. Cook until browned, about 5-8 minutes.
Add the syrup and cover the pan to steam the radishes until tender, another 3-5 minutes.
Uncover pan and cook until most of the liquid is evaporated off and the radishes are as caramelized as you like, another 3-5 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and cayenne. Off heat, stir in lemon juice and sprinkle with parsley, serve.
