Kale Salad with Lemon Cream Dressing and Toasted Hazelnuts

This salad features kale but you can use any greens you like. Similarly, feel free to swap out the hazelnuts for any nut you like.

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Dino kale
  • 4 tablespoons Lemon Cream Dressing
  • 1/4 cup toasted hazelnuts chopped

Instructions

  • Massage the kale very well, rubbing it to break down the tough exterior, which will render the kale tender. Toss kale with the dressing and top with the toasted nuts.
