Coconut Fat Bombs

These are intense coconut fat bombs with some protein. If you want to add a coconut extract here, you can further enhance the coconut flavor. They do melt so keep them in the fridge or freezer.

Ingredients

  • 13.5 ounce coconut cream 1 can
  • 1/4 cup monk fruit powdered
  • 1 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut shredded
  • 1/3 cup protein powder unsweetened, egg white
  • 1/4 cup collagen peptides
  • pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or coconut extract

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients well and portion into molds (or freeze in an 8x8-inch pan lined with parchment paper and cut into sections when chilled). Freeze.
