Instructions

  • Melt chocolate in microwave at 50% power or in a double boiler until smooth.
  • Add softened cream cheese and mix well. Add extracts, sweetener, and salt and stir to mix well.
  • Spoon into molds or place into a freezer-safe loaf pan or square baking dish.
  • Freeze then remove from molds or pan. If using a pan, cut into pieces.
