In the now empty pan, add the green onions, red pepper, and garlic. Continue cooking for another minute, until fragrant. Stir in cream, basil, thyme, salt, peppers, and cajun seasoning. Bring to a simmer and reduce by half, about 8 minutes. Add the mozzarella, parmesan, and palm noodles, tossing with tongs to coat evenly. Cook until thickened slightly. Top with shrimp and serve, garnished with parsley.
