Thai Tea Popsicles

This is a great way to use up leftover Thai Iced Tea!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Thai Iced Tea
  • 1/4 tsp xanthan gum keeps large ice crystals from forming

Instructions

  • Blend the Thai iced tea and xanthan gum in a blender until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze.
