This fruity sauce is dairy free and hardens into a shell that is easily shattered with a spoon when served over cold foods, such as ice cream. Feel free to substitute the strawberry with any other freeze dried fruit, or even matcha!
Mix all ingredients together in a blender. Taste and adjust with more cocoa or monk fruit, as desired. You can store this at room temperature. Note: if it becomes solid, warm slightly until pourable to serve.
