Add the steak tips, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to a medium bowl and toss to coat evenly. Set aside and let marinate for 15 minutes at room temperature.
While steak marinates, prepare the sauce. Combine all ingredients in a high power blender and blend until completely smooth. Add water as needed to be able to blend the zucchini. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Set aside.
Heat 1 teaspoon avocado oil in a hot pan over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook until browned on all sides cooked to your liking, about 7 minutes total for medium rare (125ºF).
Combine all salad ingredients and serve steak and sauce over top, if desired.
