Combine all steak tips ingredients except steak and oil. Stir to combine then add the beef, tossing to coat evenly. Set aside.
Heat a large pan over medium high heat and when hot, add the oil. When the oil is shimmering, add the steak and brown on all sides and cook to desired doneness, about 8 minutes total for medium-rare.
While the steak cooks, prepare the sauce. Blend together all sauce ingredients in a high speed blender until completely smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste with more salt, vinegar, and adding monk fruit or stevia if you want it sweeter.
