Juicy and richly season steak topped with a sweet and sour pineapple salsa makes for a quick, easy, and flavorful meal. Kiwi makes an excellent variation. You can also grill the steak rather than broil it. This seasoning and salsa is also excellent on pork tenderloin.

Instructions
Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and then rub with a bit of avocado oil to prevent sticking. Lay the steak on top and season with the Worcestershire sauce and soy. Combine the remaining seasonings in a bowl and then sprinkle over the steak. Be sure to season both sides.
Broil on high in a preheated broiler for 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from oven and allow the steaks to rest for 10 minutes before slicing against the grain.
While the steak cooks, prepare the salsa. Combine all salsa ingredients and stir to coat everything evenly. Taste and adjust the seasoning as desired. This can be made a day ahead.
Serve the steak with the salsa and garnish with more cilantro, if desired.
