1cupcabbagethinly sliced (I like to use a mandolin but a sharp knife works well too.)
1green onionthinly sliced

Whisk together all ingredients except the cabbage in a large bowl until smooth. Add the cabbage and and toss to coat evenly. Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds, if using.
