Raspberry Lemonade

This lemonade is bright, fresh, and colorful!

Ingredients

  • 6 medium lemons sliced thin
  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cups granulated monk fruit
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • splash of vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups cold water

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients except water in a large bowl and mash with a wooden spoon until the sweetener dissolves and the lemons have released all their juice. Strain the lemon and pulp out using a fine mesh strainer, pressing on the solids with the wooden spoon to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard the solids and add the cold water to the strained liquid. Serve with ice.
