This flavorful dressing is fast to whip up and you can use either fresh or dried herbs.

- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon monk fruit powdered, optional

- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley or 3 tablespoons minced fresh
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed or 2 teaspoons minced fresh
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- dash of hot sauce optional, omit for nightshade-free
