Mix the butter, herbs, salt, and pepper until well combined. Scoop onto radish quarters and top with flakes of salt. Save any remaining butter by rolling it into a log using waxed paper. This can then be stored in the refrigerator for several days or frozen for several weeks. Simply unwrap and slice to use again.
