4-6drops stevia glycerite2-4 tablespoons monk fruit, powdered, or 1/4-1/2 cup monk fruit, granulated, or sweetener to taste (you can stir it in at the end and adjust as needed)
Combine everything but the pork directly in the slow cooker. Season the pork with salt all over then place it into the slow cooker and turn to coat. Cover and cook 8-10 hours. Shred with two forks.
Alternatively, add everything to a pressure cooker and cook on the highest setting for 50 minutes with a natural release. Shred with 2 forks.
