Meatballs covered in pizza sauce, melted cheese, and pepperoni for the familiar pizza flavors. Feel free to add your favorite toppings - mushrooms, onions, bell pepper, and olives all make excellent additions. I like to serve this with a light side salad.

Preheat the oven to 350ºF and lightly grease a rimmed baking dish.
Combine all meatball ingredients except avocado oil in a large bowl and use your hands to mix until evenly combined. Form into about 1 tablespoon size meatballs, about 20 meatballs.
Place the meatballs into the prepared baking dish and bake at 350ºF for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
Pour the pizza sauce over top, sprinkle with cheeses, and top with pepperoni. Bake for another 5 minutes then broil on low until the cheese is melted and just beginning to brown in spots, about 5 minutes more.
