Peri peri or piri piri sauce is a traditional African sauce made from chili peppers that packs plenty of heat yet is surprisingly light. You can vary the amount of heat by including the seeds from the peppers as well as varying the number of peppers used. I like to serve this with grilled, pan cooked, or roasted chicken or shrimp.
2red peri-peri chilisor Thai birds eye chilis, stems removed (remove the seeds and membranes if you want to reduce the heat though this is traditionally a spicy sauce), you can also add more, if you want a hotter sauce (OR 3 arbol chiles, stems removed)
