pea shoots
1 1/2 cups

avocado oil

sherry vinegar

Instructions
Add the ginger and avocado oil to a medium sauté pan over high heat and cook until fragrant. Add the pea shoots and vinegar and cook, stirring constantly until wilted. Add the chicken fat and stir until evenly coated. Serve.
