Combine all ingredients in a high powered blender and process until completely smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste with salt, coconut aminos, and lime, as needed. This should form a thick emulsion. If the sauce breaks (the fat separates), chill the entire batch in the refrigerator until cooled. Add a bit more cold water and re-blend. This sauce will keep for one week refrigerated.
