Limeade

The lime juice mellows over time and a few hours rest improves the flavor. You can add crushed mint or vanilla to vary the flavor profile.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup lime juice about 10 limes
  • 5 cups water
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon liquid monk fruit extract 2/3 cup granular equivalent

Instructions

  • Squeeze limes and combine with water and monk fruit. Allow to sit in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before drinking (allows the flavors to mellow). Best consumed within 6 hours.
