Keto Honey Mustard

This sweet yet tangy condiment makes an excellent dipping sauce or even salad dressing.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup yellow mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon stevia glycerite or to taste, I like to add a couple drops, taste, and add more as desired, or add powdered monk fruit, to taste
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper omit for nightshade-free

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir together. Season to taste with salt, if desired.

Notes

Makes 1 cup, serving size: 2 tablespoons.
