Higher protein and lower fat ranch dressing with all the familiar flavors. I like to serve this on an iceberg or butter lettuce salad with a burger for a full meal (see notes for nutrition).

20cherry tomatoesquartered
1avocadosliced

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a high power blender and puree until smooth. Adjust consistency to desired thickness by adding water or cashew milk, if desired. Season to taste with more salt as desired. Serve. This will keep for one week, refrigerated.
To serve with burger and salad, mix the ground beef and mushrooms powder and form into burgers. Season the outside just before searing in a nonstick pan and cooking to desired doneness. While burger cooks, combine salad ingredients. Drizzle with dressing, top with burger, and serve with avocado over burger.
