Green Bean Bacon Bundles

Green bean bundles look fancy but are an easy and fun way to prepare a delicious keto side!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup green beans
  • 6 ounces bacon 6 strips
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF and line a baking sheet with foil.
  • Wrap 8-10 green beans with a slice of bacon.
  • Arrange bundles on foil lined sheet. Cover with another piece of foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  • Turn on broiler and broil, flipping over after the first side is crispy, about 4-5 min. Broil second side until crispy. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
