Garam Masala Flank Steak

Flank steak is quickly seasoned with Garam Masala for a delicious and speedy Indian-inspired beef dish. I like to serve this with the equally fast and easy to make Kachumber Salad.

  • 1 pound flank steak
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoons garam masala
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and then rub with a bit of avocado oil to prevent sticking. Lay the steak on top and season all over with salt, pepper, and garam masala. Let marinate at room temperature for 15 minutes (or refrigerated overnight).
