Heat a large pan over high heat. Add the beef and cook until it begins to brown, about 10 minutes. Add soy, salt, five spice powder, and monk fruit. Cook until little liquid remains, another 3 minutes or so. Off heat, add lemon juice, orange zest, and sesame oil. Serve.
