Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until completely smooth. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze until solid, a minimum of 4 hours.

You can also churn this in an ice cream maker according to your ice cream maker’s instructions. Serving size made this way is 1/2 cup and it makes 6 servings.
