Cocoa Balsamic Vinaigrette
Earthy, sweet, tangy, and rich, this is a delicious and unique salad dressing. I like to serve this with mixed greens and sliced strawberries and toasted almonds.

unsweetened cocoa powder

Dijon mustard
optional, but helps to emulsify the dressing

drop stevia glycerite
or other sweetener, to taste
generous pinch salt
small pinch cayenne
optional, omit for nightshade-free
