Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth plus more as needed
  • 2 tablespoons gluten-free soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • pinch of monk fruit optional, omit if using coconut aminos
  • 1 tablespoon ginger fresh grated
  • 1 tablespoon miso paste
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha optional, omit for nightshade-free
  • 1 pound chicken breast boneless, skinless, cooked and shredded
  • 2 cups thinly sliced cabbage
  • 1 green onion thinly sliced

Instructions

  • Combine chicken broth, soy sauce, ginger, miso, vinegar, and sriracha in a large bowl. Stir to combine. Add the chicken, cabbage, and green onion. Toss to coat evenly. Add more chicken broth as desired. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
