These take a bit of time to prepare but are little to no work. And they taste just like goldfish crackers. Feel free to use different cheese slices to vary the flavor profile.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound cheddar cheese sliced thin

Instructions

  • Cut the cheese slices into desired shapes and place onto parchment lined baking sheets. Cover with another sheet of parchment or a clean towel and set aside to dry out for 2-4 days. When the cheese is hard and dry to the touch, it is ready to bake.
  • Bake in a 400ºF oven until just turning golden, about 3-5 minutes. The baked crackers will keep for up to 2 weeks at room temperature.
