Chai Spice Fat Bombs

These are absolutely delicious and can be made with any nut you like. Keep them in the freezer and eat them straight from there as they melt at room temperature.

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces pecans unsalted and toasted, 2 cups
  • 4 tablespoons coconut oil or butter
  • 1/4 cup monk fruit powdered
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon cloves

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF. Toast pecans on a metal sheet for 10-15 minutes, until they are a bit browned and develop a nutty smell. Let cool.
  • Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth.
  • Spoon into mold and freeze until solid. Store in the refrigerator or freezer.
