Ingredients

  • 4 ounces burrata cheese
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds about 1/2 pomegranate
  • 4 tablespoons fig leaf oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Tear burrata into pieces, scatter pomegranate seeds over top, and drizzle with fig leaf oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper just before serving.
