Bright and tangy, this sauce goes well with burgers and tastes even better after a couple of days in the refrigerator.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup pickle juice
  • 1/8 cup yellow or dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • hot sauce to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce optional

Instructions

  • Whisk everything together and let sit one hour minimum before serving. Tastes best after several days.
