Instructions
Stir together the mayonnaise, vinegar, and monk fruit until well combined in a large bowl. Taste and adjust seasoning, especially monk fruit to desired sweetness.
Add in broccoli, onion, bacon, and almonds and stir to coat everything evenly.
Season to taste with salt and pepper then refrigerate for one hour before serving.
Notes
This recipe is dairy free but if you like, you can add shredded cheese.
