Creamy ranch dressed greens get topped with cheese, tomatoes, avocado, and grilled chicken with BBQ sauce for an easy, no-cook summery feeling salad. This is inspired by California Pizza Kitchen restaurant. Add any mix of fresh herbs you like.

Salad 4 cups romaine lettuce chopped 1/4 cup ranch dressing homemade or pre-made such as Primal Kitchen1/4 cup Mexican cheese blend shredded 4 ounces cherry tomatoes quartered, or 2 tomatoes, diced 1/2 avocado diced, optional 10 ounces grilled chicken breast diced

Add the romaine to a large bowl and toss with the ranch dressing. Top with cheese, tomatoes, avocado, and chicken. Set aside.
